This article aims to investigate the scientific productions about the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on homeless people in the Bvs, Scielo, Periódico Capes and Bvs Psi databases based on the descriptors coronavirus “or” covid 19 “or” “pandemic” “and” homeless people. The eligibility criteria were listed as 1) Emphasize the thematic of the impacts of the pandemic on homeless people, 2) portraying the Brazilian reality, 3) imported on free dissemination sites. In the end nine articles were selected. The categories of analysis from the meta-analysis, we can mention: a) Political Aspects, b) Vulnerability, c) Strategies adopted, d) Indirect impacts of the Pandemic, e) Risk Factors. One can see the intense impact of Covid-19 on homeless people, marked by scenarios of inequalities, misinformation, negligence and neglect on the part of the government.
