Flourishing at work involves the ability to feel happy, confident, and productive in labor activity and experiencing high levels of pleasure and well-being. Given the importance of workers' well-being to promote their health, understanding its antecedents is crucial. The present study tested the role of psychological capital, engagement, and satisfaction with remote work in explaining the ability to flourish at work. A quantitative survey research was conducted, using an online questionnaire, with 249 federal public education employees (50.8% women and 55.6% teachers). The results showed that work engagement, psychological capital, and flourishing at work are positively and significantly correlated. Furthermore, the tested model showed adequate fit, and work engagement partially mediates the relationship between psychological capital and flourishing. Therefore, individual resources can contribute to the state of flourishing. The need for further research that includes other variables in the understanding of flourishing and well-being experience at work is evident.
