Abstract
BOING, Elisangela; CREPALDI, Maria Aparecida and MORE, Carmen L. O. O.. The systemic epistemology on psychological intervention in primary care. Psicol. cienc. prof. [online]. 2009, vol.29, n.4, pp.813-845. ISSN 1414-9893.
This article discusses the psychologists integration and their action in the Health Primary Care program based on literature data and especially on the reflections of the authors professional experiences. The following databases were used as literature review: BVS, Portal Capes, SciELO, LILACS, and Medline, through various combinations of descriptors. Through health public policies contextualization and the current psychologist tasks scenery in primary care, the authors discuss possibilities for actions that respond effectively to the public health demands. It proposes an intervention model based on the epistemological systemic approach considering that this allows the professional to understand the complexity of the healthillness process, to reflect on the adopted theory, contextualizing their practice. Furthermore, due to the complexity of the health-illness process, the professional perceives the importance of the interdisciplinar team to effectively construct an integral health care, therefore in compliance with SUSs fundamental principles.
