This article aims to discuss about the reversal of roles experienced by training teachers. To do so, it is compulsorily based on a research involving training teachers on duty which took place in Universidade do Estado da Bahia - UNEB, REDE UNEB 2000 - developed in several municipalities in Bahia State. To accomplish the continued learning process proposal involving learning teachers, despite the difficulty in being discharged, it is necessary to understand how these professionals feel when exposed to this role reversal: from teachers to learners in a learning project that takes its practice as the main point of its curricular proposal.According to the presented reflections on a continued learning process proposal in the current context, in which the teacher becomes the target of the investment, the main question of this research lies on the analysis of the training teachers as learning subjects, in order to discover how they feel as such, as well as they understand how much Psychopedagogy can contribute to the construction process of this knowledge. The adopted methodology concerns a qualitative analysis, in which an opened questionnaire is used in order to provide the interviewees with free performance as well as the use of the projective technique known as Peer-supported Learning, according to Gestalt.Based on the data analyses and the adopted reference on this research we have realized how the cognoscenti and the wishful people disagree with each other when they are exposed to the show/hide game, because mainly among the professional adults, these aspects are totally related to the production processes: the authors of the construction.
