This research sought to understand the perception of parents on the care of the children in the school clinic of Psicopedagogy. We selected a sample of 9 mothers/parents of children and adolescents in the school clinic of Psicopedagogy to have problems learning. For data collection we used semi-structured interview. The interviews were recorded and later transcribed. The collected data were analyzed by the technique of content analysis. The results showed that 100% of the participants expressed their satisfaction on the improvement of the condition of the children. This satisfaction appears connected to the confirmation of the expectation of improved academic performance of children who appears as a result of favorable positioning of the school and the family which contributes to the effectiveness of treatment developed in the school clinic.
