This article presents the result of a study on the challenge of conduct problems in aggressive adolescents in the school scenario, which aimed to investigate the individual characteristics that influence the development of aggressive personality, presenting the perspectives of students, teachers and the documentary analysis of the students surveyed. In addition to the theoretical foundation, a field investigation was carried out. The deductive method was used, of applied nature. In the objectives, it was presented as descriptive exploratory, and had a qualitative quantitative approach, with a predominance of the quantitative approach. It was found that the aggressive adolescent presents this behavior, from abuses, cases of domestic aggression, the ones that stand out the most in this profile. It was also concluded that, the way educators deal with these situations, exert influence on the outcome of the problem in the school space, when the aggressions are not based only on punishment, but also on dialogical approximation.
