Abstract

RUFATO, Fabrício Duim; ROCHA, Geovane dos Santos da  and  ROSSETTO, Elisabeth. Expanded clinic and psychoanalysis: a possible relationship?. Bol. - Acad. Paul. Psicol. [online]. 2024, vol.44, n.106, pp.111-119.  Epub Sep 23, 2024. ISSN 1415-711X.  https://doi.org/10.5935/2176-3038.20240003.

Psychoanalysis is usually used in individual treatments of psychologically sick patients. However, with the creation of psychosocial care devices, there was a need to establish expanded treatment clinics. In this sense, this article is the result of a theoretical study on the use of psychoanalysis within the framework of the expanded clinic. In order to know what the current research on the subject says, an narrative review of the studies - which deal with the theme - made available on the platforms of SciELO and PePSIC in the last three years (2021-2023) was also developed. As a result, it was found that psychoanalysis can contribute to the performance of collective work within the devices of psychosocial care, seeking to promote and take care of the health of individuals suffering from mental suffering, while considering the uniqueness of each case.

Keywords : psychoanalysis; expanded clinic; psychosocial care..
