Faced with the lack of perspective of many young people and the high rate of emotional and behavioral maladjustments in recent times, it is necessary to look, discuss the conditions of development and propose an intervention model, as well as a set of associated activities for the promotion of mental health. The objective of this work was to consolidate the Lêvitude theoretical construct of mentoring in mental health in adolescents, as well as the validation of the Lêvitude questionnaire of mental health, resilience and self-esteem in adolescents. The sample included 599 young people aged 12 to 18, of both genders. The work was carried out with the aim of summarizing the questions for the construction of the domains. The definition of the domains went through exploratory factor analysis, joint evaluation of these domains constructed from a clinical point of view, the consistency assessment according to the Cronbach's alpha calculation and the correlation with existing instruments, where the 59 questions were defined, subdivided into 8 final domains. The Lêvitude Instrument with its 59 items proved to be consistent in the assessment of the proposed construct. This work can help in the investigation of phenomena, intervention in mental health and the recovery of the quality of life of young Brazilians.
