There is a consensus about the need for permanent verification of psychological practices developed by Psychology courses school services. Both to guarantee the quality of the psychological care offered, and to certify that the internships offer adequate training to student-interns. This work aims to describe and reflect on the teaching-learning process of students of the fourth year of Psychology course, during the interventive group psychodiagnosis internship, focusing on the practice and experience provided by the feedback interviews accomplished in groups. This is qualitative research, examined using the case study method. Therefore, clinical narratives of the five group feedbacks that occurred throughout the process were constructed, through which the interns' performance was inferred. Four significant moments of the teaching-learning process are systematized and the interns' development during the internship is demonstrated, from a position of observation and dependence on the supervisor, to an attitude of greater autonomy and intervention.
