The text attempts to formalize, from the Psychoanalysis, the practical of therapeutic accompaniment (TA). Besides there is not a theory of the TA, we can its systematize from the psychosis clinic. We will make an historical revision of the TA and after discuss the contributions of Psychoanalysis in this area. We will also make a dialogue between clinic and rehabilitation in the field of Mental Health. After presents a case, we will establish principles to guide this type of clinic.
