This text has as proposal to argue some ideas proceeding from the ending from an experience in hospital psychology in the Region Metropolitan of Campinas, São Paulo. It is argued in this story of experience, between the many aspects, the importance of if producing a script standardized of mental states in order to know the dynamic functioning psychological of the hospitalized patient, especially starting from two basic psychological dimensions: cognitive and affective.
