This study describes the work clinical experiences university researchers carried out in different contexts, conducting action-research inspired by the psychodynamic clinic of work and its possibilities and challenges faced in practice. It aimed to understand the different ways of carrying out clinical work, which uses psychodynamic devices, and the adaptations in university research laboratories in Brazil. The proposal of the discourse space at the university aims to create a culture of awareness of suffering, offering care for workers and, based on this, thinking about practices beyond institutional walls, i.e., in communities. Within the university, a clinic of work, developed with a collective of students, graduates, and researchers, fosters a space for expression; dialogue; and freedom to think, feel, and act collaboratively so collective actions can enhance subjective mobilization.
