Starting from a phenomenological vision about subjectivity, it argues that perceiving subject as an element of totality is a primordial condition to the practice of environmental educators interested in overreaching what is called environmental crisis. It presents and takes as a problem some reiterative explanations about possible origins and reasons to this crisis. Identifies possibilities about life experience in subjectivity around different ways in which subjectivity is understood in nowadays. Inquiries the idea that we have had life experience in an environmental crisis, binding this discussion to the necessity of reflections about environmental educators' subjectivity and some consequences over their pedagogical practices. It concludes on the necessity of giving to subjectivity a value in order that the different persons in Environmental Education can get a feeling of being partners in life experiences that replace their meetings with themselves, the others and the totality.
