The article aims to present some productions of meaning about HIV/AIDS in the discursive practices of gay men and trans women living with HIV, based on a qualitative social constructionist research, with the use of semi-structured biographical interviews for data production. The narratives were analyzed in the form of discursive repertoires, with semantic interpretation of the discursive practices suggesting five axes: Seropositivity, Social Support, Prejudice and Discrimination, Political Aspects, Treatment and NCS and Construction of the Self. At the end of the work, it was noticed that the way each participant constructs their process of meaning of health-disease in seropositivity starts from the deteriorated memory of AIDS and the imminence of death to the place of a politics of life, through psychosocial aspects that influence the seropositive experience and list issues for the construction of responses to strengthen comprehensive health care and eliminate stigma.
