The author describes the "handling" of transference on psychoanalytical psychotherapies within Winnicott's theory's point of view. He believes that, to have a clear notion of this concept, it's necessary to place it inside Winnicott's thinking. To exemplify, the author quotes three clinical situations, one of them from Winnicott himself.
