This article is an attempt to show a possible approach and coherent joining with some contribution of psychoanalysis, mainly the Donald Winnicott Psychoanalysis, and contribution of Jean Piaget Theory. The article begins with a question about difficulties founded in the clinical work. Then some points of congruency are showed between the Psychoanalysis and the Piaget Theory. Eventually, a study of clinical case as example of the articulation of those ideas.
