The present article was written in order to make some considerations of Hysteria from different focus: as historical as current conceptions of hysteria; the hysteria and its relation to the Psychoanalysis emphasizing the importance of "hysterical people" to Sigmund Freud in his discovery of uncounsciousness and its theory and also the psychoanalytic technique; and later the writer presents a clinical case which shows the evolution of a patient's treatment whose diagnostic is hysteria.
