Self-efficacy refers to an individual’s belief in their ability to perform tasks satisfactorily. Sisterhood is an ethical, political, and practical dimension of feminism, and is currently evaluated as a specific domain of self-efficacy. The study aimed to describe the construction process and gather content validity evidence for the Sisterhood Self-Efficacy scale. This study comprised three stages: 1. individual interviews with 11 women involved in social movements, resulting in the construction of 79 items following content analysis; 2. evaluation by expert judges; and 3. testing with the target audience, which included 5 women aged between 24 and 48 years (M=37.2; SD=10.5). As a result, a scale was developed that valued women’s voices and experiences, recognizing and incorporating their representativeness in the process, yielding a 61-item instrument with evidence of content validity.
