Forming part of the health team, the hospital psychologist is faced with different objects, goals and demands (institutional, team and patient). His clinical listening and management of dynamic and provides media presented the meeting with the nameless. Objective: To find the understanding of the clinical case of a patient with Crohn's Disease refractory to medical proposals adopted, discuss the management of the psychologist and patient dialogue in the health care team.
