The study was carried out with 22 civil servants whose positions were outsourced and reallocated to new functions. The objective was to assess health indicators and psychosocial risk factors at work before and after relocation. It is a qualitative, exploratory and longitudinal study. Interviews and application of the Work Ability Inventory (ICT) were carried out before and after relocation. As risk factors before the change process, there are working conditions, work organization and interpersonal relationships. After the relocation, risk factors were the lack of training actions and work characteristics, while the protective factors were working conditions, social and organizational support.
