Work values appear as a perspective for understanding the careers of Generation Z, allowing us to analyze issues related to attracting and retaining talent. This integrative literature review investigate the work values perceived by Generation Z. The databases Scopus, Emerald, ScienceDirect and Web of Science were searched, using variations of the descriptors: “work values”, “values at work”, “Gen Z”, “Generation Z” and “iGen”. 20 articles were analyzed. The studies present different perspectives for understanding Generation Z’s perceptions of values at work. Elements such as reconciling personal and professional life, personal and professional development, a positive and flexible work environment, financial security, sustainability and recognition were points of convergence in the research analyzed.
