SILVA, João Matheus Barcelos da; PIVOTO, Cecília Faccenda  and  OLIVEIRA, Manoela Ziebell. Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Work: Systematic Review. Rev. bras. orientac. prof [online]. 2024, vol.25, n.2, pp.193-203.  Epub Dec 02, 2024. ISSN 1984-7270.  https://doi.org/10.26707/1984-7270/2024v25n0208.

This study analyzed the relationship between positive psychology, mindfulness, and work through a systematic review of the literature. The search in databases (PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Scopus) resulted in 359 articles, of which 15 were selected for full analysis, and eight made up the final sample. The results highlight the importance of cultivating a positive mindset and practicing mindfulness as strategies that promote emotional wellbeing and professional development. Stress reduction and increased resilience are highlighted as positive effects. Additionally, positive psychology offers new perspectives in the Brazilian professional context, valuing human capacities and promoting a broader understanding of emotional interactions.
