Working in Organizational Psychology is complex and requires professionals to have skills that are rarely covered in undergraduate courses. To contribute to the mapping of these skills, this study aimed to gather internal and external evidence of the validity of a Self-Perception of Skills Scale in Organizational Psychology for POT interns. A total of 302 Psychology interns participated in the study, who responded to the Skills Scale and the Perception of Learning Opportunities in Organizations Scale. Factor analyses, mean differences, and correlations identified good evidence of validity for the 33-item, eight-factor structure. The instrument is useful for academic and organizational assessments and interventions, which can facilitate the career path of interns and improve their training in Psychology.
