The study aimed to analyze career success indicators among higher education graduates and compare results considering participation in the Junior Enterprise Movement (JEM). One hundred recent graduates in Psychology, Engineering, or Business Administration from public and private universities, with or without experience in JEM, answered an online characterization questionnaire and the University-to-Work Transition Success Scale. Data analyzed using descriptive and comparative statistics showed median self-assessment of success in the indices related to confidence in the career future, professional insertion and satisfaction, and adaptation to work, but below average for remuneration and financial independence. Participants in the JEM had higher and significantly higher scores for professional integration and satisfaction. Practical experiences are seemed to enhance career results in the university-work transition.
