This work aims to present the main contributions and challenges of a curricular internship of a Psychology Course and its supervision in online psychological on-call during the COVID-19 pandemic, from a phenomenological-existential perspective. It is also intended to articulate with the experience of clinical care and contribute to the understanding and instrumentalization of work carried out in this area. The study is based on the professional performance of a team of internship supervisors, with experience in in-person and remote clinical care, in addition to teaching and supervising in Higher Education, and conducting research. It also brings clinical clippings of the care provided in the online Psychological modality.
