Abstract

This article aims to characterize the public served in the psychodiagnostic process in a Psychology school service located in the city of Barbacena – MG. For this purpose, 44 records of psychological evaluations carried out between 2016 and 2019 were analyzed. The data showed that the majority of patients attended were male children (59.1%). The majority of psychodiagnoses were carried out using three psychological tests/instruments (38.2%), with the most used being WISC, ESI and TDE. Among the various issues addressed, school difficulties/learning problems (52.3%) were followed by lack of attention and hyperactivity (22.7%). The importance of this type of characterization stands out, as it allows us to understand the profile of patients who use the services offered in these spaces.
