These are times of solitude with fragile relationships; especially those intermediated by machines, always connected, but with a fragile contact with those around us and precarious quality of the link. The link between the therapist and his patients is important, but there are limits in the efficiency of interpretation and there are also countless difficulties preventing the rise of a true communication. It is fundamental to approach the conflict desire versus reality, as well as the necessity of accepting and dealing with uncertainty, because it is known that the more one facet of the experience is known, the more another is unknown.
