In this work I intend to discuss the richness of the family attendance in team as a training method of gestalt-therapists, especially when it refers to a basic aspect in this process that is the possibility of facilitate that the students to construct its identities as gestalt-therapists. First of all I define what is Gestalt-Therapy, salient some basic aspects in the professional training in this approach, mention the main strategies used in this type of training and describe the methodology used in the course "Specialization in Clinical Psychology - Gestalt-Therapy (Individual, Group and Family)" given in the IGT - Institute of Gestalt-Therapy and Familiar Attendance. Based on it I try to share my experience on using the team attendance, specially with the utilization of the reflexive method in the training of the gestalt-therapists.
