This paper intend to gather information and details about the phenomenological posture adopted by the heath care team, about the illness and death process faced by out of possibility of cure patients. Most of them carry SIDA and Cancer. First of all, it is observed the need to obtain deeper knowledge about Phenomenology and how it contributes to our understanding of phenomenological posture. It aims to minimize suffering of the patients and to provide moments of a greater integration and awareness of themselves through open meetings surrounded by care, attention, reflections and availability. After this description, it is important to consider the fragility hospital context, full of meanings which patients are involved considering their physical, psychical and social condition. In addiction there are the emotions that involves anticipate mourning, the final phases of live and after death leaving. Finally, the paper emphasizes the importance to think about humanization of care as a way to spread the idea that, being members of health care team, it is doubtless necessary to review our posture not just in front of patients that will not live for a long time and intend to live with quality their last days, but also with the ones who take care of external factors among this moment.
