Abstract

SOARES, Luciana. Psychotherapy with children, hung by a thin thread. IGT rede [online]. 2011, vol.8, n.14, pp.67-78.  Epub Oct 27, 2025. ISSN 1807-2526.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15040993.

The risks and challenges of the psychotherapy with children are examined in this paper using the gestaltic approach. The author emphasizes the ethic arm of gestalt-therapy, showing the anthropologic perspective as the way to the therapeutic mediation towards the new means of subjection in the contemporary world. Taking care in psychotherapy by means of the genuine dialogue between client and therapist is shown as being the tool and the aim of the therapeutic work.
