This article aims to present the IGT Project with You: Welcoming on the Net, a work developed from IGT - Institute of Gestalt-Therapy and Family Care during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the service to the community, the selected model was that of open groups with the intention of providing psychological support, as well as addressing focal needs at first sight linked to the moment of social isolation. From April 30th we had our first reception and on May 4th we held our first group meeting. Our theoretical basis was Gestalt-therapy and we developed online practices. The reflective team model enabled the expansion of experiences. The project provided the change in the participants, from their arrival in a time of crisis, to their adjustments. Subsequently, we made a satisfaction survey available to the participants in order to evaluate our work, which confirmed the power of transforming it in the lives of all those involved.
