This article contemplates the discussion of how, in the relationship between organism and environment, the construction of female bodies is configured under the Gestalt-therapy approach, addressing the understanding of violence against women being crossed by relations of power and domination. Therefore, it is a descriptive exploratory bibliographic research, using books, theses, annals, booklets, dissertations and articles in certain databases, with inclusion and exclusion criteria based on a qualitative analysis. Thus, the results show the relevance of understanding the clinic of ethical, political and anthropological suffering, as well as strengthening, in clinical interventions, creative adjustments, the expansion of awareness and support to the functions of the self, through a non-normative professional implication.
