the article presents the Gestalt-therapy research produced in Brazil in the last twenty years, whose objective was to raise the issues that Gestalt-therapy researchers in Brazil have researched in the last twenty years and their performance with people within the Spectrum Disorder Autistic - TEA. The methodology used was a rapid systematic review combined with a bibliometric review, analyzing articles published in CAPES journals from 2002 to 2022, with the descriptor “Gestalt-therapy”. It was identified in the research that Gestalt-therapy has a theoretical framework that allows intervention with people within the Autistic Spectrum, but from a different perspective than the currently widespread practices. The articles analyzed are of valuable contribution to those interested in clinical practice in Gestalt-therapy. However, the approach needs more publications of studies with results on the evolution of the treatment of people with autistic spectrum disorder.
