This study aimed to evaluate the effects of a neuropsychological rehabilitation program for executive functions (FE) in a sample of students diagnosed with developmental dyslexia. Participated six students with developmental dyslexia, of both genders, ages of 14,67 years old (± 1,03), compared to a control sample of seven students without learning disabilities using neuropsychological and ecological instruments' EF and reading. The neuropsychological rehabilitation was conducted for 30 sessions of one hour each, through a program developed for this purpose. Analyses were performed between and within groups in the pre- and post-test. There was improvement in dyslexia students in attention, memory, inhibitory control, cognitive flexibility, verbal fluency, use of learning and reading strategies, and performance in reading comprehension. Additionally, there was decrease of teacher's complaints from regarding problems in FE. The results suggest that the rehabilitation program was effective to minimize the deficits found in the sample studied and has clinical relevance to the interdisciplinary treatment of dyslexia.
