Studies on masculinity are growing on numbers in several areas of human sciences, and even natural sciences. Studies on masculinities are demonstrating that, unlike some decades ago, when the patriarchy was the main reference, today, the references are many and also contradictory. The objective of this research was to identify the aspects of contemporary masculinities that are changing, according to the view of the participants. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 participants, 10 men and 10 women, aged between 23 and 30 years old, all of them had college degree or were in college. The interviews focused the themes of sensibility, rationality and sexuality. Results indicated that tendencies of change occurred mostly inside the theme of sexuality. Strong conservative views, however, are still associated with the supposed male rationality and female sensibility, notions related to the patriarchy.
