The main of this aricle is present some reflections about the acident work thematic. Through the illustration of a work accident situation happened with a worker, we discuss about the influence of work organization aspects at the genesi of the health worker that attacks these people.This work has an additional propose to those that indicate the cause of the work accidents originated from the work organization aspects.
