The study on Wellbeing at Work (WBW) is beneficial to workers and organizations and is associated with absenteeism, as well as physical and mental health. In this context, this study aims to investigate the influence that Quality of Working Life (QWL) has on WBW. To achieve the objectives a convenience sample of 185 workers from public and private organizations was used, in which psychometrically validated scales were applied to each of the variables, with both measures being multidimensional: QWL (integration, respect, and autonomy; fair and adequate compensation; leisure and social life; and encouragement and support) and WBW (positive affect, negative affect, and fulfillment). QWL proved to be a significant predictor for all WBW dimensions, with the largest contribution being “integration, respect, and autonomy.”
