Commitment is a multifaceted phenomenon that tends to be fragmented for the purposes of analyzing human behavior in the organizational environment. Alternatively, System of Commitment tTheory aims at systemic understanding of this interaction. The search aimed to evaluate the feasibility of applying network analysis as a methodological strategy for analyzing compromised systems. The sample was made up of 137 professionals with an average age of 46.7 years, the majority female (58.4%), married (44.5%), and with children (57.8%). As a result, it was observed that the relationships between the foci can be analyzed using different quantitative methods that will meet different objectives. As implications, the research contributes to the new vision of organizational commitment, highlighting its interconnected nature, surpassing traditional methods by proposing network analysis in its application, and providing valuable insights for managers to understand workers' commitments in a systemic way and interdependent with other aspects of life.
