This reflection aims promote dialogue between the Phenomenology and Health Psychology in order to see which sound the contributions that the first field can bring to the consideration of the second research. As methodology, it will be demonstrated some structural concepts of phenomenological science always applying them to research questions in the field of health Psychology by means of a theoretical reflection. The main concepts covered are the phenomenon, phenomenological method, reality, intentionality, phenomenality, truth and health. As conclusion it is possible to observe that a phenomenological research in Health Psychology is characterized by the co-present and committed interaction of the researcher and the participants, thus constructing a relation of alterity of alterities
