This report of practical experience concerns the one School of Harm Reduction aimed the formation of harm reduction agents to act in the public health network care for users of alcohol and other drugs and to sensitize health professionals and the community to the importance and effectiveness of the strategy of reducing Damages in the guarantee of access and qualified health care of this population. We used the cartographic method for reporting this experience. Some of the results achieved were: greater adhesion of users to the network of available health services; sensitization of health professionals and the community to the expansion of health care technologies; qualification of health professionals for the use of light health care technologies; qualification of agents reducing damages for action in the territory; creation of the position of harm reductions agents for acting in the public health network of the municipality.
