The objective of this study is to analyze how psychologists have been developing interventions related to the finance / money theme, based on a review of the scientific production on couples therapy in the last five years. The method used was the Critical Appraisel Skills Program (CASP) from the search in the Virtual Health Library (VHL) through the databases: Medline and Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) by the descriptor couple therapy, two articles were found, Qualitative. These articles have discussed social changes in the last decades of gender differences in money management. In conclusion, they say that it is necessary to prepare professionals to intervene in a way that is geared towards the cultural, social, gender and economic development of human beings. It is concluded, although few financial surveys work to align the couple on financial management, thus improving the impact that money brings to the relationship.
