This is an experience report using the qualitative approach, having as a method the case study performed with of hearing voices group, from May to September 2018, in the service of applied psychology of the Faculdade Estácio de Sá de Goiânia, GO. The data revealed the following strategies: contribution of the Group space to dialogue and continence on the experience of hearing voices; The meetings as facilitators in the search for information about the experience of the Ombudsman; Use of writing as an aid in understanding the differentiations between voices and knowledge of oneself; Encouragement to protagonism and autonomy.
