The Street Clinic plays a transforming role in society as it is a producer and diffuser of care, driving the reduction of vulnerabilities and the social reintegration of people who need biopsychosocial assistance. The study aims to report the experience of intersectoral actions developed by the Street Clinic to reduce vulnerability and effectiveness of care. The report points to the inter-sectoral articulated promotion of biopsychosicial care that resulted in recovery of autonomy, preservation of citizenship, promotion of self-care and specialized mental health monitoring. The relationship of the office on the street with the assistande network of the municipality is essential, as it implies that it´s performance is directlu related to the results. Thus, the experience is considered successful, as it involve a complex network of relationships between services, professionals and the subject in assistance directed to psychosocial care and prioritizes the use of light technologies
