Introduction: Health practices increasingly need humanized care, aiming at comprehensiveness and an expanded clinic. To this end, they must progressively consider the integration of different areas of knowledge committed to changing the paradigms of classical psychiatry. In this sense, music can serve as a rehabilitation instrument and a powerful resource in Public Health. The present research aims to analyze the repercussions of a community choir in the promotion of Mental Health in users of the Psychosocial Care Network. Method: Qualitative research was carried out, with an intentional sample, and participants who were users of a community choir were invited. Eight of the 12 members participated in semi-structured interviews, with subsequent thematic content analysis. Results: This article focuses on the category “Therapeutic repercussions of the choir and the role of the multidisciplinary team”. Discussions. The group’s role in social inclusion, cognitive aspects, psychic representations, autonomy, and social bonds. Conclusion: There was an improvement in cognitive aspects, self-esteem, feelings of belonging, fulfillment, altruism, interpersonal relationships, and contact with subjectivity. The group conviviality favored protagonism, feelings of motivation, usefulness, acceptance, and joy, revealing a humanized care.
