During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) played a crucial role in the care and transportation of patients. However, the working conditions and health-related damages in SAMU are understudied. This study investigated the working context and health-related damages among SAMU professionals during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample consisted of 179 workers who completed the Work Context Assessment Scale and the Work-Related Injury Assessment Scale. It was found that 70% of the workers had average scores ranging from critical to severe regarding the working context. As for work-related damages, moderate levels were observed. It is worth noting the significant influence of socio-professional relationships on the psychosocial aspects of the professionals.
