SOARES, Natália Isis Leite; ROCHA, Nara Maria Forte Diogo and MOURA JR, James Ferreira. Modos de apropriation of the reality from a psychosocial intervention in community psychology. Eureka [online]. 2013, vol.10, n.1, pp.40-54. ISSN 2220-9026.
The main investigation proposal is to analyze the appropriation of reality modes in a group of persons who participated at a psychosocial intervention realized on a city at Northeast of Brazil. Appropriation is understood like a mode of participation of reality. It’s made an analogy and convergence between the different modes of appropriation and the types of conscience developed by Paulo Freire. This study has a qualitative perspective, with use of participant observation and of focal group in a group with four people that participated of this psychosocial intervention. It was identified that this intervention could have developed modes of appropriation more compromised related to the appearance of a more critical conscience in the participants, even if their still counting with modes of participation more accommodated and passives.
