Walking through the studies of Freud and Lacan on the topic, this article attempts to grasp some of the different forms of articulation between "hysteria", "body" and "feminine". To this end, will target at first, grasp some positions of Freud to put this issue to later bring think, with Lacan, opening to new possibilities and compositions on the subject. If Freud hysteria is crossed by issues of "erogenization organic functions" and "conversion", and Lacan, in the 50s, evokes the dialectic of symbolic positions established by the phallic signifier, this article focuses on a rescue these modulations from the notion, later in Lacan of "encounter with the real" on the own sexuality: the body and the female.
