RIBEIRO, Carolina Nassau et al. Nominations in Adolescence and their Relationship with the Author of Infractional Act. Rev. Subj. [online]. 2020, vol.20, n.2, pp.1-11. ISSN 2359-0769. https://doi.org/10.5020/23590777.rs.v20i2.e9923.
This text intends to locate points of new solutions in the life trajectory of adolescents and young adults who were, in some way, involved with the practice of infractions. We ask ourselves to what extent the event experienced by the teenager can be welcomed by him as a new bond between the real, symbolic and imaginary records, which sustains the decision to disconnect from the relationship with crime, reinterpreting and adding new contributions to the sociological theory of disconnection from crime. Methodologically, we use the memory narrative, which aims to recover the life story from the free unconscious association of young people crossed by crime. The material that enabled such access is composed of 14 narrative audios, which were collected by different pairs of researchers who were part of the responsible research nucleus, in different territories of the municipality in which the investigation was carried out. For this work, a cut was made consisting of fragments of the narratives of three adolescents (up to 17 years old), seven young adults (between 18 and 20 years old), and four adults (above 20 years old) all male. The cases teach us that, while the name, in adolescence, presents a function of separation concerning the alienation from the Other, the namination would be related to binding of the three registers, as an effect of its incidence on the mode of enjoyment. The dimension of nomination teaches, in the work with the adolescent, that the expectations of the adult world can become ideals that are very distant from what the subject's trajectory indicates, the only one that can guide their cause and create a name for enjoyment.
