In this essay we aimed to describe the psychotherapy guided by psychoanalysis for the treatment of subjects of repression with severe subjectivation impasses, designed as neurotic subjects, in a Psychosocial Care Center. For this purpose, supported by Freud and Lacan psychoanalysis, we briefly explain the process of constitution in this subjective modality, pointing the functions of the preliminary interviews, discussing the direction of treatment using a clinical vignette and addressing the temporal dimension involved in this type of psychoanalysis process. The psychologist guided by psychoanalysis operating on analyst's discourse provokes the subjects, through free association, to work for decipherment and encryption of the symptoms that makes them suffer. This therapeutic modality, supported by the ethics of "being well said" and guided by transference, allows the subjects to separate themselves from the alienation signifiers and reposition themselves in the relationship with desire.
