Sexual aggression is a phenomenon that historically crosses humanity with different levels of complexity. This research, with a qualitative approach, aims to carry out the biopsychosocial characterization of the young perpetrator of sexual aggression, based on the description of adverse childhood experiences and risk factors. The method of analysis consisted of a study of multiple cases, through which the trajectories of perpetrators of infractions are described and compared, three referring to sexual violence against adult victims and another three with infractions of another nature. The procedure included the analysis of legal processes involving young people between the ages of 15 and 18, who were serving a socio-educational measure in the state of Pará during the research period, in addition to interviews guided by a script adapted for perpetrators of sexual assault, and an international experience questionnaire. adverse childhood. The six young people experienced multiple experiences of negligence and violence in their trajectories. There are experiences experienced in childhood only by perpetrators of sexual violence, such as emotional neglect, absence of a parent, in addition to physical and emotional abuse. Other experiences were common to the trajectories studied. The importance of this study lies in helping the contextualized understanding of sexual violence and subsidies for the development of policies, with the purpose of assisting this population exposed to social vulnerability and different forms of violence since childhood.
